The last day of the 1st batch of our annual Consulting Bootcamp, led by Nelson Gayton, culminated 5 days of learning about different topics within Strategy, Risk Management & others. The teams participated in a Mock Client Presentation & Business Challenge Competition.

Yesterday we had our monthly knowledge building session on "How DeFi actually works", with our guest speaker for the month of July, Mr. Martin Carrica who is an ex-consultant and business owner in Web3, Blockchain & Cryptocurrency.

Sharing knowledge and capability building is one of the assets that make Strategic Gears what it is today. In one of our recent monthly internal training sessions, we discussed a crucial topic introducing principles of presentation structuring & storytelling, presented by one of our Senior Consultants, Ali Abbas, who was one of the contributing members to the development of #Vision2030.

The first day of our annual Consulting Bootcamp, led and presented by the renowned trainer Mr. Nelson Gayton, as part of our continuous learning & development initiatives. The training was provided by Fluent in Finance and the insightful guidance of Mr. Gayton.
